What if one day children will no longer be graded, judged?
What if one day adults and children will decide together?

The Right to have Rights is an educational and participatory theater performance, which starts from several of the fundamental rights enshrined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child: the right to education, the right to health services, the right to social assistance, the right to opinion, the right to freedom of thought, the right to vacation and rest, the right of the child not to be subjected to forms of violence, abuse or exploitation.

The Right to have Rights, nine teenagers and two actors challenge the audience to participate in a performance in which respect for rights becomes the foundation of a debate about the role of the child in contemporary society, about his need and desire to be listened to and questioned when decisions are made that concern him, about respect for the value of his childhood and the need to give him a social voice that counts and can change something.

The Right to have Rights is the spectacle of children’s solidarity so that together they can create a better world, a world in which they can express themselves critically, a world in which they are free to affirm themselves as they are and as they would like to become.

Recenzii
